Hollow bricks are robust and 100% natural, featuring excellent thermal insulation properties that ensure a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. With a high compressive strength of ≥7 N/mm², they enable load-bearing construction while significantly reducing structural costs by eliminating the need for columns.

These bricks offer several intrinsic advantages, including being 60% lighter than conventional walling materials, making them easier to handle and allowing for faster construction. They provide high compressive strength, excellent thermal and sound insulation, and low water absorption (~15%), minimizing the risk of dampness, cracks, or wall shrinkage. Additionally, they are non-susceptible to carbonation, ensuring greater durability, and technical support is available at construction sites for enhanced efficiency. Their excellent thermal insulation—45% better than conventional materials—results in significant energy savings by reducing the need for air conditioning and heating.

Hollow bricks are also an environmentally friendly choice, as they are manufactured using clay sourced from the desilting of dead water tanks and natural additives like coal ash, rice husk, and sawdust. This sustainability factor has earned them certification from the Indian Green Building Council. Their high compressive strength, facilitated by a unique web design, enhances masonry productivity, while their ease of chiseling allows for simple installation of electrical and plumbing conduits, as well as fixtures like geysers, air conditioners, and cabinets. With an exceptionally long lifespan and superior fire resistance, hollow bricks are fired at 1000 degrees Celsius and boast a fire rating of F240—offering 240 minutes of fire protection for enhanced safety in construction.
